Wolt, a pioneering food delivery and grocery company, is seeking a seasoned Sales Trainer to spearhead our sales enablement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging sales training sessions to equip the sales team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and create targeted sales training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand team needs and tailor training and resources accordingly.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training materials, playbooks, and resources.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team, helping them overcome challenges and enhance performance.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and good English skills.
  • Proven success in a sales role, with at least 3 years of experience, including experience in sales enablement or training.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
