Vertriebsberater / Business Development Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsberater / Business Development Manager für unseren Geschäftsbereich Personalberatung in unserer Zentrale in Düsseldorf. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsstrategien spielen.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um offene Stellen, Unternehmenskultur und spezifische Anforderungen an potenzielle Kandidaten zu analysieren und entsprechende Stellenprofile zu erstellen
- Active Sourcing, Bewerberscreening, Interviews und Auswahl passender Kandidaten
- Vollumfängliche Abwicklung des Rekrutierungsprozesses von Bewerbungsgespräch bis Vertragsabschluss und Nachbetreuung (After Sales)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien, um unsere Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfüllen
- Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Vertriebsplänen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertriebs- und Recruiting-Bereich
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Motivation und Flexibilität
