Job Summary

The Berner Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources International team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and driving organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to business leaders on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and improving organizational performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data and develop recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
