Senior Principal Organizational Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team at Infosys Consulting - Europe. As a key member of our Practice, you will be responsible for leading and implementing change management strategies and plans to support our clients' transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support client transformation programs
  • Lead and participate in change management teams consisting of colleagues, contractors, or client staff
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and manage project team deployment to achieve time, quality, and cost targets
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing or new clients
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients at the C-level
  • Advise client leadership and staff on change management topics
  • Lead and mentor colleagues in the Practice
  • Plan and develop OCM thought leadership through own articles and guidance of colleagues on similar contributions
Requirements
  • 12+ years of practical project experience in business transformation and change management
  • Sound methodological knowledge in change management, training, and coaching (concepts, standard procedures, tools, and templates) particularly in the context of technology-driven change
  • Experience working with C-suite executives on change management topics and their implementation at various levels of the client organization
  • Proven experience in advising client leadership (C-suite) - building, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients at the C-level and securing new consulting revenue of at least €1.5 million per year
  • Strong team player with a high willingness to take on responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
