We collaborate with clients in the Public Sector and Healthcare sectors to formulate innovative strategies, concepts, and solutions for digital transformation initiatives. Our mission is to assist authorities, associations, and the healthcare sector in managing projects effectively. We are in search of a driven individual to enhance our sales and project efforts in a solution-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in our sales and business development activities (e.g., research for tenders, managing tender platforms) and serve as a reliable partner for our teams, business associates, and clients.
- Enhance the proposal preparation process in conjunction with the Business Development & Sales Management Team (e.g., drafting tender documents and overseeing offer processes).
- Support the management of the Business Area in partnership with business associates and clients (e.g., coordinating framework agreements, tracking performance, verifying invoices).
- Play a role in the evolution of our product offerings, particularly by consistently monitoring public tenders, researching, and compiling legal updates and industry trends.
- Evaluate the consistency of forecasts and invoicing, while reflecting on project workloads.
- Relevant experience in consulting, sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the Public Sector and Healthcare domains.
- Attention to detail in task execution and assurance of quality in proposal preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, complemented by strong analytical capabilities. Your organizational skills enable you to work autonomously and dependably, always adhering to deadlines.
- A passion for collaborating within interdisciplinary and network-oriented teams.
