Das Werkstudierendenprogramm der Commerz Real AG bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten in der IT-Abteilung zu erproben und Ihre Erfahrung einzubringen. Während Ihres Studiums arbeiten Sie bei uns bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche. In den Semesterferien können Sie uns auch gerne Vollzeit unterstützen.
**Möglichkeiten nach dem Studium**
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Ihre Bachelor- oder Master-Thesis in Kooperation mit der Commerz Real AG zu schreiben oder nach erfolgreichem Abschluss in unser Traineeprogramm einzusteigen.
**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
Als Werkstudent:in bei der Commerz Real AG werden Sie für die folgenden Aufgaben zuständig:
- Betreuung unserer Hardware- und Software vor Ort in den Büros
- Beratung und Unterstützung unserer über 800 Anwender bei der Nutzung unserer IT-Dienste, einschließlich der Erstellung von Videos und Anleitungen
- Beratung unserer Anwender und Hilfe bei IT-Störungen
- Durchführung täglicher Routinearbeiten selbstständig
- Unterstützung in Digitalisierungs- und IT-Projekten
- Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Projektmanagement, Mathematik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiums
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsfreude
- Hilfe bei IT-Problemen
- Arbeit in einem Team, aber auch eigenständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeit
- Freude an der Pflege von Laptops, Handys und PCs
- Gute Auffassungsgabe und Neugier auf neue Themen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
