About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at JobGet. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our long-term strategy roadmap and driving business growth through data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively contribute to the development of our company's strategic roadmap, focusing on data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on data-driven decision-making, use cases, and new capabilities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in data analytics, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities based on data analysis and market insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of data-driven initiatives.
Requirements
  • University degree in business, economics, data science, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience, ideally in the energy trading or digital technology environment.
  • Ability to identify new digital and data-driven use cases.
  • Proven experience in leading new data-driven business initiatives, strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent English language skills, spoken and written; fluency in German or other languages is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, loving to think outside the box.
