About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Business Development Manager at JobGet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software applications.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
