Regional Sales Director - Europe | B2B Enterprise Software Solutions Permanent Position, Full-time Join Our Team We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to spearhead the distribution of our software solutions to clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical process industries across Europe. Your Responsibilities
  • Identify key accounts (B2B) within the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors and generate interest in our offerings.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy tailored for the European market.
  • Actively manage your own sales pipeline to secure deals and attract new clients throughout Europe.
  • Receive support from our team in cold outreach efforts.
  • Initiate marketing campaigns that will be executed by our marketing team using automation tools.
  • Conduct negotiations independently and prepare contracts with the assistance of our sales support staff.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in selling complex SaaS/IT solutions to B2B clients, or 4 years of sales experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • A passion for acquiring new clients and closing deals.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in English.
