Key Responsibilities
  1. Enter orders and customer orders independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Verify delivery dates, conditions, stock levels, and offer prices to ensure seamless order processing.
  3. Create order confirmations and internal order-related documents, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  4. Develop documents for production and the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  5. Clarify and create invoices, credit notes, discounts, and other financial documents, adhering to company policies.
  6. Prepare quotations for systems and original parts within the specified technical and financial framework, including all necessary calculations and research.
  7. Collaborate with technology, production, shipping, service, and customers to resolve any missing information or discrepancies.
  8. Determine the required information for preparing quotations independently, exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  9. Represent the team and take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and adaptability.
  10. Support your assigned customer base, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  11. Initiate and track new customer installations, as well as new part installations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  12. Conduct compliance checks (AMBER process) and consult with the legal department as necessary, upholding company standards.
  13. Maintain price integrity in the 'proAlpha' ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  14. File and document quotation and order documents, adhering to company record-keeping policies.
  15. Store customer and quotation information securely, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  16. Report to supervisors as specified, providing timely and accurate updates.
  17. Provide technical advice by phone and email (primarily in German and English) within the specified framework, collaborating with the engineering department or field service as needed.
  18. Communicate technical information to customers and internal departments, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  19. Ensure customer contacts and customer care, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  20. Support with mailing and promotion campaigns, contributing to the company's marketing efforts.
  21. Accept customer complaints, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  22. Support with price adjustments in the area of marketing (price lists, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  23. Occasionally visit customers and trade fairs, representing the company and building relationships.
Requirements
  1. Completed commercial training (industrial clerk) with technical experience.
  2. At least three years of professional experience after completing training.
  3. Ability to work in a team, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
  4. Good knowledge of English, with proficiency in German a plus.
