Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Clerk to join our team. As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Check delivery dates, delivery conditions, stock levels, and offer prices
  • Create order confirmations and internal order-related receipts/documents
  • Clarify and create invoices, credit notes, discounts, and other financial documents
  • Prepare quotations for systems and original parts within the specified technical and financial framework
  • Clarify missing information with technology, production, shipping, service, and customers
  • Represent the team and take over their tasks
  • Support your own customer base
  • Initiate and track new customer installations
  • Carry out compliance checks and consult with the legal department if necessary
  • Ensure price maintenance in the 'proAlpha' ERP system
  • Filing and documentation of quotation and order documents
  • Storage of customer information and quotation information
  • Reporting according to the supervisor's specifications
  • Provide technical advice by telephone and e-mail within the specified framework
  • Communicate technical information to customers and internal departments
  • Ensure customer contacts and customer care
  • Support with mailing and promotion campaigns
  • Acceptance of customer complaints
  • Support with price adjustments in the area of marketing
  • Occasional visits to customers and trade fairs
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial training (industrial clerk) with technical experience
  • At least three years of professional experience after completing training
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of English
