Position Overview:
The Head of Digital Commerce for EMEA will spearhead the development of digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving E-commerce expansion. This role is pivotal in shaping a comprehensive strategy that enhances market penetration and optimizes sales performance across various channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a robust digital ecosystem that promotes customer loyalty and engagement.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Success in this role is measured by achieving sustainable growth through digital sales. The primary KPIs include:
- Digital Revenue Generation
- Profitability of Digital Sales
- Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and Return on Marketing Spend (ROMS)
The Director will leverage market insights and technological advancements to refine existing digital capabilities and explore new avenues for profitable growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Branding teams to seamlessly integrate digital strategies into our overall business framework, utilizing insights into consumer behavior and technological trends.
- Engage with the Technology division to implement global digital initiatives effectively.
- Contribute to new business ventures by maximizing competitive advantages and fostering innovative growth strategies.
- Guide the team in adapting to evolving business needs and opportunities, ensuring that calculated risks are taken to meet financial objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with commercial leaders and key stakeholders.
- Work with global teams to create a strategic mobile roadmap encompassing search, media, websites, and applications.
- Ensure consistency in digital strategies across Tupperware Brands, including consumer websites and social media platforms.
- Design a cohesive consumer journey that enhances brand visibility and engages both new and existing customers, particularly targeting Millennials and Gen Z.
- Partner with Marketing and Branding teams to maintain a unified brand message across all digital platforms.
- Develop frameworks and guidelines for social media engagement that leverage brand identity and connect with consumers.
- Coordinate existing and new digital strategies, social media initiatives, and online platforms across various markets.
- Collaborate with app developers to create applications that connect products with recipes and usage tips.
- Stay informed about digital trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their relevance for Tupperware.
- Anticipate future trends and collaborate with technology teams to drive innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Remain updated on technological advancements and work closely with IT teams to ensure timely adoption of new solutions.

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or manufacturing sectors.
- 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record in developing and executing E-commerce strategies for the EMEA region.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and forecasting for E-commerce initiatives.
- Experience in launching global digital platforms is a plus.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a history of engaging with executive-level management.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience managing multi-unit, multi-channel, and multi-regional operations.
- Senior management experience in houseware, kitchenware, or related retail sectors.
