Regional Marketing Lead

We are collaborating with a leading international technology firm that specializes in advanced 3D solutions, encompassing printers, scanners, and software applications. This company caters to a variety of sectors, including healthcare, automotive, semiconductors, and aerospace. As part of their ongoing expansion in Germany and throughout Europe, they are seeking to enhance their German operations by hiring a Marketing Manager – EMEA, with a focus on their medical device offerings. This position is fully remote, allowing for a home office setup in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Marketing Manager – EMEA, you will play a crucial role within the global marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing based in the United States. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the development, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the marketing strategy tailored for the DACH and EMEA regions. This will involve crafting marketing and communication strategies, launching new products, and fostering market growth.

Your main duties will include:

  • Leading strategic marketing initiatives across the EMEA region
  • Collaborating with global counterparts to ensure alignment of marketing plans and strategies
  • Managing budget allocations
  • Overseeing the creation and dissemination of content pertinent to your target customer segment and region
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in a similar marketing management position over several years
  • Preferred background in medical devices, technology, pharmaceuticals, or related industries
  • In-depth knowledge of the DACH and EMEA markets, particularly within the healthcare sector
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Strong grasp of traditional marketing as well as digital and social media
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%
