In light of their ongoing expansion in Germany and throughout Europe, they are seeking to enhance their German team by recruiting a Marketing Manager – EMEA, specifically focusing on their medical device offerings. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from your home office in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager – EMEA, you will play a crucial role within the global marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing located in the United States. Your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive development, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the marketing strategy for the DACH and EMEA regions. This includes the formulation of marketing and communication strategies, the introduction of new products, and the advancement of market development initiatives.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading strategic marketing initiatives across the EMEA region
  • Collaborating with global counterparts to ensure alignment of marketing plans and strategies
  • Managing budgetary responsibilities
  • Overseeing the creation, communication, and promotion of content tailored to your customer segment and region
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in a similar marketing manager position over several years
  • Ideally possessing a background in medical devices, technology, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of the DACH and EMEA markets, particularly within the healthcare industry
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of both traditional marketing and digital/social media
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%
