Job Description

As a Guest Services Supervisor (m/f/d) at The Cloud One Hotels Hamburg - Kontorhaus, you will be responsible for leading our Guest Services team. In this role, you will set an example for your colleagues and ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. At The Cloud One Hotels, we aim to create a place where everyone feels comfortable and welcome - both as guests and as team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of bookings and overbookings, exploring alternative accommodation options when necessary.
  • Creation of work schedules and coordination of vacation plans.
  • Conducting internal coaching and cross-training, as well as organizing training sessions for our Guest Services team.
  • Monitoring expenses and the accommodation revenue budget.
  • Implementation and maintenance of our quality management system.
  • Assisting our guests from check-in to check-out.
  • Gaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of responsibility through collaboration within our multicultural team.

  • Training and/or professional experience in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, or a keen interest in transitioning into this field.
  • A passion for hospitality and team leadership.
  • A strong sense of quality and service orientation.
  • An open, communicative demeanor with good proficiency in both German and English.
  • Team spirit and willingness to support across departments.
  • A desire to contribute and help position The Cloud One Hotels successfully in Europe.
