About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion within the DACH region. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing our ARITECH Partner Program, fostering strong relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the ARITECH Partner Program across the DACH region, identifying and onboarding new partners who align with our vision.
  • Proactively acquire new customers by building rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that leverage the power of ARITECH technology.
  • Manage your sales territory independently, effectively prioritizing leads, scheduling appointments, and closing deals to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Deliver engaging product presentations that showcase the value proposition of ARITECH solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and service partners to ensure seamless integration and a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with proven experience in the building technology sector, particularly within security systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
