Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Carrier. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English.
