As an integral part of our auditing team, you will:
- Engage in audits of institutions within the financial sector, focusing on credit institutions and (cloud) IT service providers on both national and international scales.
- Assess the effectiveness and sufficiency of IT risk management frameworks and processes, particularly in accordance with regulatory standards such as DORA.
- Develop expertise in various areas including IT security (covering aspects like network security, cryptography, and vulnerability management), application development (spanning design, programming, testing, and deployment), as well as IT governance and compliance.
- Conduct thorough analyses of corporate documentation and third-party IT service providers, perform interviews with personnel, and compile comprehensive audit reports in both German and English.
- Present audit outcomes to internal stakeholders and the institutions being audited.
- Possess a Master's degree or equivalent qualification in (Business) Informatics, achieving above-average academic results.
- Have prior experience in IT security, which is considered beneficial.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to comprehend and evaluate intricate processes.
- Demonstrate confidence and assertiveness, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Possess excellent proficiency in both German and English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
- Be prepared for extensive travel to participate in audits across various locations.
