Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional Tender Specialist to join our team at Geodis Interservices. As a Regional Tender Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the tender and implementation process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the tender process from Request for Information (RFI) to Request for Quotation (RFQ) and contract award, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documents, including action trackers and status update reports, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Attend internal meetings, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on action items to ensure effective project management.
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to support pricing decisions, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Support the development of automated tender pricing tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements throughout the tender and implementation phases, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 months or more remaining in the program.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to support business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
