Key Responsibilities:

* Support the team from RFIs to RFQs and contract award until the actual go-live of the project
* Maintain project documents like action tracker, status update reports, etc.
* Attend internal meetings including preparation and follow-up
* Perform different analysis related to volume data and provide analytical support for pricing
* Support during the development of the automated tender pricing tool
* Identify and implement continuous improvements during the tender and implementation phases

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
