Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional Tender Specialist to join our team at Geodis Interservices. As a Regional Tender Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the tender and implementation process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team from Request for Information (RFI) to Request for Quotation (RFQ) and contract award until the actual go-live of the project.
- Maintain project documents, including action trackers and status update reports.
- Attend internal meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
- Perform data analysis related to volume data and provide analytical support for pricing.
- Support the development of the automated tender pricing tool.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements during the tender and implementation phases.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
