Shape the Future of Snack Production
As a key leader in our manufacturing operations, you will oversee the production processes at our facility, ensuring that we meet essential performance indicators related to safety, quality, efficiency, output, cost management, sustainability, and team morale. Your role will be pivotal in executing our manufacturing strategy and fostering a high-performing workforce.
Your Impact on the Organization
- Drive transformation within operational teams by implementing the IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma framework, establishing roles within the Factory of the Future, and promoting a comprehensive 6-star operational model. Lead by example through effective coaching and team development.
- Assist in the formulation of annual operational objectives, providing guidance to Line Leaders while ensuring alignment with overall site goals. Develop robust governance structures to monitor and enhance operational performance with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all governance and regulatory standards, regularly reviewing processes to cultivate a mindset focused on zero losses and ongoing enhancement.
- Champion Talent Development, Capability Building, and Engagement initiatives for the manufacturing team, collaborating with both internal and external partners to meet objectives and key performance indicators.
Qualifications for Success
- Proven leadership experience in operational and manufacturing roles within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with a strong background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma tools.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities in a collaborative environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Engineering qualifications combined with financial insight and project management expertise. Familiarity with industrial maintenance and manufacturing machinery is preferred.
- Proficiency in both German and English is required.
