- Facilitate the achievement of annual operational objectives, mentoring Line Leaders to ensure alignment with site-specific goals. Establish robust governance practices to monitor and enhance operational performance with a focus on ongoing improvement.

Qualifications for Success
- Proven leadership experience in operations and manufacturing within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with proficiency in TPM, 5S, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma tools.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities in a collaborative environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Engineering background complemented by financial insight and project management expertise. Familiarity with industrial maintenance and manufacturing technologies is advantageous.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
