About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our production leadership team, you will be responsible for leading production processes and ensuring key performance targets are met in areas such as safety, quality, productivity, volume, cost, sustainability, and corporate morale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transformation within operational teams in implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma Phase Journey, FoF-Factory of Future Line Centric Organization & Roles, coaching the team effectively to become autonomous.
  • Support the annual operational plans and goals for manufacturing to achieve targets in safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement.
  • Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to achieve the best results internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with all production standards, governance, and regulatory requirements, regularly reviewing and monitoring their effective implementation.
  • Lead talent development within the manufacturing team, identifying and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop key talents at all levels.
Requirements
  • Proven operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with knowledge of TPM, Lean, and 6-Sigma concepts.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-oriented environment, with demonstrated abilities in analysis, problem-solving, and team building.
  • Engineering background with financial acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing facilities.
Special Requirements
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Degree in Engineering and technical background.
  • Experience in FMCG and production management.
