About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations in the Plant and drive key performance targets in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures with experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma.
- Fluent in German and English language.
