As a pivotal figure in our Plant, you will oversee production processes, ensuring that we meet critical performance metrics in areas such as safety, quality, efficiency, output, cost management, sustainability, and team morale. Your role will be essential in executing our manufacturing strategy and fostering a high-performing workforce.
Your Impact on the Organization
- Drive transformation within operational teams by implementing the IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma journey, establishing a Factory of the Future with a focus on line-centric roles, and adopting an integrated six-star model. Exemplify our core values through effective coaching and team development.
- Support the formulation of annual operational objectives, guiding Line Leaders to ensure alignment with site ambitions. Establish robust governance frameworks to monitor and enhance operational performance with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all governance and regulatory standards, regularly reviewing processes to cultivate a culture of zero loss and ongoing enhancement.
- Lead initiatives focused on Talent Development, Capability Building, and Team Engagement within the Manufacturing sector, collaborating with both internal and external partners to meet our objectives and key performance indicators.
What We Seek in You
- Proven leadership experience in operational and manufacturing roles within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with a strong grasp of TPM, 5S, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma tools.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities in a collaborative environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Engineering background complemented by financial insight and project management expertise. Familiarity with industrial maintenance and manufacturing technologies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both German and English is required.
