Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Senior Chartering & Sales Manager within our GRS.OFFSHORE RENEWABLES division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Promote GRS.Offshore Renewables to prospective clients and markets.
  • Collaborate with brokers to create project proposals.
  • Manage and develop client relationships effectively.
  • Engage in networking activities to strengthen market relationships, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.
  • Recognize opportunities to deliver value and contribute to client projects.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Offshore or Shipping Industry in roles such as Broker, Consultant, or a similar business development position.
  • A proven track record in a commercial capacity.
  • A well-established network within the European, Asian, and US sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in developing clients from initial contact to onboarding.
  • A solution-oriented mindset for addressing challenges and problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
