Senior Chartering & Sales Manager

GRS.GROUP, a leading service company for charter vessels and ship sales & purchases, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Chartering & Sales Manager to join our GRS.OFFSHORE RENEWABLES branch in Germany.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the offshore renewable energy market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop project proposals
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Actively network to develop market relationships, enhance brand awareness, and grow the business
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Offshore / Shipping Industry as a Broker, Consultant, or in a similar business development role
  • Proven track record in a commercial function
  • Well-established network within the European, Asian, and US sector
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is appreciated)
  • Demonstrated success in developing clients from scratch to onboarding
  • Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and challenges
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
