As a Director of Sales Operations and Customer Care EMEA, you'll oversee efficient order processing, freight management, backlog resolution, invoicing, and tender management to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll also foster collaboration with factories, Product Units, and regional commercial organizations, implementing rigorous daily management practices and standard work to accurately forecast revenue, maximize backlog conversion, and achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing and Tender Management: Ensure timely and accurate order processing, freight management, and tender management to meet customer expectations.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and align them with evolving business needs, guided by the LMS strategy and EMEA regional priorities.
  • Sales Operations: Foster collaboration with factories, Product Units, and regional commercial organizations to drive revenue growth and maximize backlog conversion.
  • Sales Support: Provide insightful analytics on funnel/backlog conversion during weekly and monthly forecast reviews, collaborating with Sales Directors to own revenue forecast numbers, identify risks, and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Demo Center Management: Oversee the EMEA Demo Center operations, ensuring timely delivery of demo units to regions and managing demo inventory effectively.
  • Channel Partner Management: Serve as the primary order-to-cash point of contact for channel partners.
  • People Leadership: Build and lead a diverse and inclusive team, developing and nurturing talent through performance management and coaching, creating a result-oriented culture that fosters accountability and delivers on priorities.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a leadership role within an organization undergoing significant changes.
  • Proven experience in commercial and/or customer care operations.
  • Strong communication skills that effectively drive change and connect the LMS Strategy and EMEA priorities to all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and adaptability to a rapidly evolving customer and company environment.
  • A strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and transparency, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
  • Ability to travel 30-50%, overnight, within EMEA.
