Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate Central Services within the Institute of Medical Microbiology, ensuring effective management of pharmacy and material logistics, waste disposal, and mail handling.
  • Assist with laboratory operations, including the reception and distribution of examination samples.
  • Document and manage orders in material storage, pharmacy, and supplier relations.
  • Organize and maintain storage facilities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, including conducting functional tests.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed education in medical or business fields.
  • Proficient in basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP).
  • Able to work collaboratively, dependable, adaptable, and capable of independent work.
  • Proficient in the German language.
  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Possess a friendly attitude and a focus on customer service.
