Senior Director of Customer Experience

At Brenntag, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Customer Services to lead our Customer Services agenda in BSP.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer service experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead the development of performance metrics and service levels to measure customer service quality
- Oversee global training and quality assurance programs to ensure consistency and excellence
- Collaborate with BSP Business Units to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Lead the oversight of customer services in respective regions
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience in customer services management
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service experiences
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
