Your Role: Senior Director of Brand and Content
Cognigy is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Director of Brand and Content to spearhead our brand and content initiatives. This position will oversee the Cognigy brand, enhance brand visibility, and manage a content team of six professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in brand management, content development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a holistic brand strategy to elevate brand recognition and market presence.
- Design and execute thorough internal and external communication strategies to align with Cognigy's goals.
- Guide and mentor the content team of five, ensuring the production of high-quality content that reflects Cognigy's brand voice and messaging.
- Support the broader marketing team with content for field and digital initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of diverse content types, including awareness campaigns, blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Preserve and enhance the Cognigy brand identity across all platforms and interactions.
- Evaluate and report on content performance, utilizing insights to refine strategies and boost outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor movements to maintain Cognigy's market leadership.
- Manage content schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials that resonate with our target audience.
Requirements:
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Over 10 years of experience in brand management and content development, with a proven history of success.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong grasp of SEO and content marketing methodologies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a methodical execution style.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with conversational AI and technology sectors is a plus.
