Your Role: Director Brand and Content

Cognigy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Brand and Content to lead our brand and content strategy. This role will be responsible for managing the Cognigy brand, increasing brand awareness, and leading a content team of six. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, content creation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Brand Strategy: Increase brand awareness and market presence through a well-planned and executed brand strategy.
  • Create and Execute Comprehensive Internal and External Communication Plans: Support Cognigy's objectives through effective internal and external communication.
  • Lead and Mentor the Content Team: Ensure high-quality content that aligns with Cognigy's brand voice and messaging.
  • Support the Wider Marketing Team: Provide content for field and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee Content Creation: Develop various content types, including awareness programs, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and Enhance the Cognigy Brand Identity: Ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Analyze and Report on Content Performance: Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Ensure Cognigy remains at the forefront of the market.
  • Manage Content Calendars: Ensure timely delivery of content that resonates with our target audience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Related Field: A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Brand Management and Content Creation: A proven track record of success.
  • Experience Leading and Managing a Team: Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong Understanding of SEO and Content Marketing Strategies: Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Exceptional Writing, Editing, and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Familiarity with conversational AI and technology sectors is a plus.
