About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our New Business Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the New Business Development Team in identifying potential new clients and making contact through various channels.
- Configure and maintain our Customer-Relationship-Management system through systematic data collection and maintenance.
- Manage the tendering and bidding process, including daily coordination and tracking of multiple projects.
- Act as a gatekeeper to facilitate communication between the management team, employees, and senior executives in different departments.
- Prepare tender documentation and support the team in the preparation of proposals.
Requirements
- You have experience in sales activities and have completed relevant training and/or studies.
- You have first-hand experience in sales support, customer relations, or in a call centre.
- You possess excellent, persuasive communication and presentation skills.
- You have an entrepreneurial and thoughtful mindset, are result-oriented, and have a confident attitude.
- You are fluent in English and an additional language.
