Business Application Analyst SAP HCM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Application Analyst to join our team at SoCura. As a Business Application Analyst, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing ABAP reports, providing expert advice and support to our customers throughout the entire SAP HCM application lifecycle, as well as the adjacent ESS/MSS applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop ABAP reports
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers
  • Develop and maintain documentation and user training materials
  • Lead and analyze change requests and incidents
  • Develop and implement business blueprints and participate in defect management
  • Prepare and deliver solution presentations and project leadership
  • Support the training of apprentices and students
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a degree in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration
  • Extensive experience with ABAP (preferably OO) in SAP HCM modules OM, PA, PT, and PY
  • Experience in customizing SAP HCM modules OM, PA, PT, and PY
  • Knowledge of Fiori development (UI5) and accounting schemes and cycles (PY, PT) is desirable
  • Independent, quality-oriented, and goal-oriented working style, as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking
  • Excellent understanding and ability to quickly grasp complex topics
  • Strong service mentality and good communication and team skills
