Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at SoCura. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing ABAP-Reports, advising and supporting clients throughout the SAP HCM application lifecycle, creating documentation and user training, leading Change Requests and analyzing/resolving Incidents, developing Business Blueprints and assisting in Defect Management, preparing and conducting solution presentations for projects and customer acquisition, and assisting in training apprentices and students.
Key Responsibilities:- ABAP-Report Development: Design, develop, and implement ABAP-Reports to meet business requirements.
- Client Support: Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the SAP HCM application lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and user training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Change Request Management: Lead Change Requests and analyze/resolve Incidents to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
- Business Blueprint Development: Develop Business Blueprints to drive business strategy and inform technology solutions.
- Defect Management: Assist in Defect Management to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Solution Presentations: Prepare and conduct solution presentations for projects and customer acquisition, showcasing expertise and driving business growth.
- Training and Development: Assist in training apprentices and students to develop the next generation of Business Systems Analysts.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- ABAP Experience: Extensive experience in ABAP, including SAP HCM modules OM, PA, PT, and PY.
- Customization Expertise: Experience in Customizing SAP HCM modules OM, PA, PT, and PY.
- Fiori Development: Knowledge of Fiori development (UI5) and payroll cycles (PY, PT) is a plus.
