SAP HCM Business Solutions Analyst

Position Overview:

The role of the SAP HCM Business Solutions Analyst involves a comprehensive engagement with the SAP HCM application suite. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout the entire application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ABAP reports tailored to business needs.
  • Provide expert advice and ongoing support to clients utilizing SAP HCM.
  • Develop thorough documentation and conduct user training sessions.
  • Manage Change Requests effectively while analyzing and resolving incidents.
  • Create detailed Business Blueprints and assist in managing defects.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful solution presentations for various projects.
  • Support the training and development of apprentices and students.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience with ABAP, particularly within SAP HCM modules such as OM, PA, PT, and PY.
  • Familiarity with customizing SAP HCM modules OM, PA, PT, and PY.
  • Knowledge of Fiori development (UI5) and payroll processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong focus on goals, alongside analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
