System Manager (m/w/d) – SAP-HCM

As a System Manager at Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH, you will be responsible for the management and development of our SAP-HCM system. You will work closely with our IT department to ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our SAP-HCM system, including data migration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement new HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with our IT department to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
  • Provide training and support to our HR team on the use of SAP-HCM.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.

Your Background:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have several years of experience in HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • You have knowledge of SAP-HCM and its various modules.
  • You are proficient in German and English.
