SAP HCM Business Systems Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Business Application Analyst specializing in SAP HCM, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' experience with SAP Human Capital Management solutions. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire application lifecycle, ensuring optimal utilization of the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Design: Create ABAP reports tailored to client needs.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing advice and assistance to clients during the SAP HCM application lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Training: Generate comprehensive documentation and conduct user training sessions.
  • Change Management: Lead change requests and effectively analyze and resolve incidents.
  • Blueprint Development: Formulate business blueprints and support defect management processes.
  • Solution Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for projects and client acquisition.
  • Mentorship: Assist in training apprentices and students, fostering their development.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in (Business) IT or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in ABAP programming, particularly with SAP HCM modules such as OM, PA, PT, and PY.
  • Experience in customizing SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, PT, and PY.
  • Familiarity with Fiori development (UI5) and payroll cycles (PY, PT) is advantageous.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented work ethic with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
