SAP HCM Business Solutions Analyst

Position Overview:

The role of the SAP HCM Business Solutions Analyst involves a comprehensive engagement with the SAP HCM application lifecycle. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Design: Create and implement ABAP reports tailored to business needs.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their SAP HCM journey.
  • Documentation and Training: Generate detailed documentation and conduct user training sessions.
  • Change Management: Lead change requests and thoroughly analyze and resolve incidents.
  • Blueprint Development: Formulate business blueprints and assist in managing defects.
  • Solution Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for projects and client acquisition.
  • Mentorship: Support the training of apprentices and students in relevant areas.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in (Business) IT or Business Administration is required.
  • Proven experience in ABAP, specifically with SAP HCM modules such as OM, PA, PT, and PY.
  • Expertise in customizing SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, PT, and PY.
  • Familiarity with Fiori development (UI5) and payroll cycles (PY, PT) is advantageous.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented work ethic with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
