Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordination Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales process, ensuring smooth operations, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales processes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and Sales Assistants to ensure effective sales operations.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage sales data and prepare reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales data analysis and interpretation skills.
