Head of Retail and Business Development

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the retail and commercial operations at lux-Airport. This includes:

• Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team

• Developing and managing the department's budget and financial plans

• Identifying and implementing new business opportunities and initiatives

• Collaborating with other managers to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency

• Analyzing customer experience and developing products and services to meet their needs

• Managing airline development activities and coordinating with commercial partners

• Ensuring the efficient operation of retail activities, including shops, catering, and services

• Participating in the integration of new employees and promoting a positive work environment

• Contributing to the development of the airport's retail offer and services

• Preparing and managing the annual budget and financial reports


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree and relevant experience in a similar position

• At least 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or commercial sector

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement business opportunities

• Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

• A driving license B
