About the Role
The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a strategic learning and development program for customer-facing field roles. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting the team in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the SAP Academy for Customer Success Team in their daily business, including preparation, coordination, and strong support of meetings and activities.
- Prepare presentations and emailings, as well as maintain data and reports.
- Assist with the onboarding of Academy Associates, including demand planning, recruiting, and equipment ordering.
- Conduct research and administrative activities.
- Collaborate on special projects, such as social media campaigns and creative learning concepts.
Requirements
- Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred field of study: Business Administration or similar.
- Computer skills: MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language skills: fluent in German and English.
- Soft skills: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, organized working style, pro-active, fast-paced, analytical skills.
- Discretion to deal with personal data is an absolute must.

The SAP Academy for Customer Success serves a central role in our vision for SAP to be the agile, purpose-driven, and inclusive cloud workforce empowered to maximize customer value. The team is responsible for all field-related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP.
