ÜBER UNS

Wir sind eine dynamische Agentur, die sich auf das Influencer- und Social Media Marketing spezialisiert hat. Mit über 210 Mitarbeitern und zwei Inhouse-Studios haben wir uns als eine der größten Social Powerhouses im DACH-Raum etabliert. Wir bieten eine Vielzahl von Dienstleistungen an, darunter Kreation, Projektmanagement, Beratung, Social Media und Performance Marketing sowie (Post-)Produktion.

WAS DU MACHST:
  • Strategische Beratung und Sparring: Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und unterstützt unternehmerisch als strategischer Sparringspartner. Dabei bringst du deine Expertise ein, um nachhaltiges Wachstum zu sichern.
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie: Du setzt die Unternehmensstrategie aus HR-Sicht um und stellst sicher, dass alle personalrelevanten Prozesse reibungslos darauf abgestimmt sind.
  • Teamführung und -entwicklung: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des People- und Office-Teams und sorgst für die kontinuierliche Entwicklung und Bindung unserer Mitarbeitenden.
  • Prozessoptimierung und Roadmap: Du strukturierst das People Department neu und setzt bestehende Roadmaps fort.
  • Projektmanagement und operative Umsetzung: Du leitest strategische HR-Projekte und setzt operative Themen um, um die Effizienz und Effektivität des Departments zu steigern. In Urlaubsvertretung greifst du auch selbst in operative Themen ein.
  • Wertevermittlung und Schulungen: Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmenskultur durch gezielte Schulungen und Projekte, die unsere Werte fördern und festigen.
Stellenanforderungen

WAS DU BRAUCHST:

  • Ganzheitliches HR-Wissen: Du verfügst über umfassende Erfahrung in den Bereichen People Operations und Recruiting und hast idealerweise bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Erfahrung im Business Partnering: Du hast Erfahrung in einer Business Partner Rolle und verstehst es, unternehmerisches Denken auf das People Department zu übertragen.
  • Hintergrund aus dynamischen Umfeldern: Du hast Erfahrung in schnell wachsenden Umfeldern wie Agenturen, Startups oder Grownups und bist mit den Herausforderungen von schnellem Wachstum und Akquise vertraut.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch und bist in der Lage, Entscheidungen zu hinterfragen, ohne dabei den Blick für das Wesentliche zu verlieren.
  • Proaktivität und Kommunikation: Du bist proaktiv, hast einen starken Antrieb und zeichnest dich durch eine hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus.
