About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our People Operations team, responsible for HR administration and digital process optimization for over 800 employees across 10 locations. As Head of People Operations, you will oversee the management of our team of seven People Operations professionals and support the processing of service requests and projects to enable an excellent People Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support our team of seven People Operations personnel, responsible for HR administration and digital process optimization for over 800 employees in 10 locations.
  • Be responsible for the continuous optimization, digitization, and automation of all administrative processes in HR management, ensuring alignment with internal customers, KPIs, and Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborate with your team to optimize our HCM and technical infrastructure, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Serve as a competent point of contact for team members, internal interfaces, and employees on HR administrative and labor law issues.
  • Ensure timely and efficient creation of employment contracts, certificates, and other employment contract-relevant documents, as well as maintenance of master data and digital personnel files in HiBob.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ISM and compliance requirements in your area of responsibility and accompany audits, such as annual financial statements.
  • Lead various projects and special topics, including control and coordination of the integration of additional subsidiaries.
  • Work remotely and/or at one of our locations in Germany.

Requirements

  • Sound professional and supervision experience in HR administration, ideally in shared services for organizations with over 800 employees.
  • Acquired expertise in international labor and social security law in large, complexly structured corporate environments.
  • Very good knowledge of different HCM, ideally with HiBob.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive approach to work, and independence, as well as a strong design and implementation orientation.
  • Solution orientation combined with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent German and English language skills in spoken and written word; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Enjoy change and have actively supported and positively implemented it in the past.
