Your Mission:

As the Head of People Operations, you will drive the organization towards excellence. You will nurture a vibrant corporate culture that aligns with business goals and develop a strategic talent acquisition framework. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior leadership to influence organizational development and strategic initiatives.

Foster a culture that prioritizes employee engagement and continuous improvement, aligned with core corporate values.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy across various levels, including Leadership and Cultural Development.
  • Enhance HR processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of the HR team.
  • Create a long-term talent acquisition strategy that aligns with organizational and cultural objectives.
Requirements

Your Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist with a focus on Organizational Development and Learning and Development programs.
  • A background in B2C environments is preferred to better understand cultural nuances.
  • A visionary approach to talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Highly autonomous and proactive, with a strong drive to achieve results; experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
  • A strategic mindset that emphasizes dynamic feedback and development systems over traditional methods.
  • Fluency in German (B2) is required.
