About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Finance & Legal department at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating transparency on general, administrative, and marketing costs across the entire Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to managing and transforming the financial closing process
  • Work with stakeholders across teams, functions, and countries to drive financial planning and analysis
  • Provide analyses to inform and strengthen top management decisions
  • Help manage financial risk and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial planning processes for group-wide general, administrative, and marketing costs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling, or Finance
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial information
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team and communicate with different seniority levels
  • Fluency in English
