About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Westwing Home & Living. As a key member of our Finance Executive Team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial processes and contributing to strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and countries to drive financial planning and analysis
  • Provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support top management decisions
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning processes for group-wide general, administrative, and marketing costs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling, or Finance
  • Strong analytical skills, with a passion for metrics and figures
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Fluency in English
