Westwing Home & Living is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Executive Team, you will play a critical role in driving financial processes and contributing to strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address financial risks and opportunities
  • Provide analytical support for financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management
  • Communicate financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for metrics and figures
  • Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
