Westwing Home & Living is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Executive Team, you will play a critical role in driving financial processes and contributing to strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Provide analytical support to the CFO and Executive Team on key financial matters
  • Manage and transform financial planning processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, providing recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling, or Finance
  • Strong analytical skills, with a passion for metrics and figures
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Fluency in English
